Starters

Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Soup with a Fresh Baked Baguette

Salmon and Smoked Salmon Roulade with Saffron Mayonnaise, Pickled Cucumber and a Fresh Baked Bread Roll.

Chicken Liver, Brandy and Herb Pate with a Spiced Plum Chutney and a Fresh Baked Baguette

Creamed Leek and Perl Las Cheese Tart topped with Toasted Seeds and served with Dressed Leaves.

Mains

Christmas Roast Turkey and Honey Glazed Gammon.                                     (served with pigs in blankets, christmas stuffing and a rich white wine jus)

Twice Cooked Belly Pork, Grilled Pork Tenderloin and Black Pudding.   (served on a bed of savoy cabbage with mashed potatoes, glazed carrots and a reduced    cider jus)

     Herb Crusted Loin  of Cod, Provencale Vegetables.                                            (served with crushed new Potatoes and a tomato butter sauce)

Slow Braised Lamb Shank,                                                                                       

(slow cooked in a rich port and red wine sauce served with mashed potatoes and glazed vegetables)

8oz Fillet Steak, Snowdonia Ale Battered Onion rings.
