John and Louise had spent a few years searching for their ideal pub before the opportunity to purchase the Gors Bach arose. After undertaking a substantial refurbishment program giving them the perfect opportunity.
John has many years behind him in the catering industry and is an accomplished chef and manager, his wife Louise has worked for the National Health Service for the past 15 years and is passionate about people and providing a quality service. They have two children who have been two of Dad’s main food critics since they could pick up a knife and fork with his puddings definitely being voted as having the wow factor.
